Public "team tracks" are designed to allow industry without a rail siding access to rail service.
Trillium has a transload site available in Delhi which is usable for the transload of
non-hazardous shipments. Service to this facility is on demand.

Tillsonburg Distribution Facility
- This facility does not currently have an operator.
- Located at the corner of Clearview Drive and Highway #3 in Tillsonburg, ON
- Approximately 27km from HWY #401.
- 1 390 foot long interior track on west side of building
- 1 exterior track in pavement, with a single car spot ramp at end of the track on east side of building
- Interior space is approximately 253,000 sq. ft, divided into 2 rooms (West room approx 126,000 sq. ft.).
- Fully paved exterior area
- Level access to exterior area through 2 large rollup doors.
- 15 truck bays
