Port Colborne Harbour Railway
Since its inception in June 1997, the Port Colborne Harbour Railway (PCHR) has been building a strong client base
through consistent and dependable rail service. PCHR has grown to become an integral part of the community and
the Region of Niagara.
The PCHR, with its routes in the Niagara Region, provides responsive railway service to customers in Port Colborne, Welland, Thorold and St. Catharines, Ontario. Through interchange with Canadian National Railway (CN) and Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR), customers are connected to the vast North American railway network and marketplace.
Territory Description
Trackage consists of CN's former secondary and branch lines in the Niagara Region, west of the Welland Canal, including the Canal, Cayuga and Thorold Subdivisions and the Port Colborne, Government, Lakeshore, Townline, West Welland, Fonthill and Pine Street Spurs. View Map
Transload Facilities
Trillium has a transload facility located on Brown Road in Welland, ON. This facility is available for transloading of non-hazardous materials. The facility includes 2 tracks, one of which is accessible from both sides, which is ideal for those rail cars which require balanced loading or unloading. Rail Service
PCHR normally provides service to customers five days per week, Monday to Friday. Weekend service is offered on demand. Traffic is interchanged the same day.

Wheat, mustard seed, scrap metal, woodpulp, bauxite, corn syrup & sweeteners, citric acid, rubber extender, lube oil, steam boilers and vessels and pipe.
