Welcome to Trillium Railway Co. Ltd.

Trillium Railway Co. Ltd. is a short line railway operating company. In business since 1997, we currently operate two short line railways in Southern Ontario.

Our two railways serve a combined 20 customers, providing consistent and reliable freight service on over 100 km. of trackage.

The Port Colborne Harbour Railway (PCHR), operating in the Niagara Region, serves 16 customers and the St. Thomas & Eastern Railway (STER), serves 4 customers between St.Thomas, ON and Delhi, ON.

Trillium handles all types of commodities, including grain, corn syrup and by-products, as well as fertilizer, agricultural chemicals and pipe.
